Your privacy is important to us. Any data collected through our website (e.g., orders, email communications, newsletters) will be used by Think Hobbies for the specific purpose for which it was provided. Usage of your data may be to reply to your questions, execute/process your orders or to provide information that facilitates your interface with our business (e.g., order pickup or tracking information). 

Data Usage Policy

The data you provide in order to place an order (e.g., name, address, phone number, etc.) will be used for the purpose of processing your order only and will not be shared with any other party. We take all precautions to ensure that your data is stored securely and is protected at all times. The data will be stored in encrypted format with a trusted hosting provider, and will not be stored locally by any Think Hobbies personnel. 

Email Subscription

Should you decide to subscribe to the Think Hobbies newsletter, your email address will be used for the sole purpose of providing you with occasional and relevant hobby-related news, new product release information and special offers. Your email address will not be shared with any other party under any circumstances and each of our email communications will contain a link to allow you to unsubscribe from the newsletter. 

Customer Accounts

If you had ordered from Think Hobbies prior to 2024, your customer and order data has been safely archived off-line. As this data is no longer accessible online, as of March, 2024 you will be required to create a new account (or use the Guest Checkout option) when placing an order with Think Hobbies. 

Charging your Order

Think Hobbies only charges your credit card when your order is ready to ship. If you pre-order products from our website that are not currently in stock, but due to be received in the near future, we will provide an estimated date of arrival in the product description and will only charge the credit card you've provided when the product arrives and is ready to ship to you. Under no circumstances will you ever be charged before a product is ready to ship.

Refunds

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, Think Hobbies will be happy to provide you with a prompt refund. Please contact us at sales@thinkhobbies.com within 30 days of receipt and we will gather the information required to process your refund.
